1. Transportation method selection
Small batch orders/samples: We strongly recommend using international express services (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.), which offer fast delivery and convenient tracking.
Large quantities of goods: Based on your specific needs and cost considerations, we provide shipping or air transportation services. You can choose the most suitable transportation method according to your time requirements and budget. For large quantities of goods, shipping is usually a more cost-effective option.
General advice: The transportation cost is significantly affected by the weight, volume of the goods, and the final destination. Please inform us of your specific quantity and destination information, and we will recommend the most optimized transportation plan based on cost-effectiveness and safety balance.
2. Transportation time estimation:
International express: It usually takes 3-7 working days from China to major destination countries. Remote areas may add an extra 3-5 days.
Batch orders: For large quantities of goods by shipping or air transportation, the transportation cycle will vary depending on specific routes, customs clearance procedures, and final delivery arrangements. It usually takes 25-30 working days or longer (please confirm specifically). Sample orders processing and transportation can usually be completed within 3-5 working days.
3. Professional packaging guarantee:
Inner packaging: We provide retail packaging, single machine independent packaging, or strictly follow your specific packaging instructions.
Outer packaging: All goods are packed in sturdy and durable export-specific cartons. The shipping marks will be clearly marked according to your requirements.
4. Order processing and key requirements:
Processing time: We will arrange for stock preparation and shipment as soon as we receive your payment (ensuring the complete clearance of electronic checks and other payment methods).
Receiving address: We will only deliver the goods to the address you provided during the order settlement and confirmed. Please carefully check and ensure the absolute accuracy of the "receiving address" during the checkout. We will not be responsible for any issues or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses or inability to deliver.
